This 30 minute express HIIT & Hills ride will take you through a series of fun and varied interval drills, punctuated by two hill climbs. High intensity intervals of work followed by lower intensity recovery blocks expand your cardiovascular capacity and heart rate recovery time. We focus on the areas of life where we put down roots and ground ourselves, and then the areas where we let ourselves spread our wings and FLY! Intensity of the intervals can be modified to suit all fitness levels.
