20min Stretching for Cyclists (to replace the stretching video there now)
This 20 minute stretching flow is for all levels and will provide a full-body stretch while focusing primarily on the areas of tension and muscle groups used heavily in cycling. Great for an extended post-workout cool-down, evening stretching routine, or as part of your rest and recovery day.
Optional equipment needed: Box or yoga block about 8-10" high.
