This 45-min fitness class is for all levels that fuses yoga and body weight exercises with cardio bursts. Class will increase your stamina, strength, balance, and body awareness. At the end of your practice you will unwind with stretches that allows you to slow down and find your center.
Equipment Needed: yoga mat & 2 dumbbells. No weights? No worries all moves can be done without the use of hand weights.
