This (30 or 45) minute cycle class with Erin will have your heart racing and sweat dripping. Together, you will climb some hills, work on your endurance, and run a few sprints on the bike. Make sure you have plenty of water and a towel close by, as well as a positive attitude to own your ride!

Erin-Arms Class (15 Mins 5.20)
If you’re looking to tone your upper body and build some strength, Erin will take you there! This class is less than 15 minutes. We recommend using light weights or objects as Erin will be leading you through several arm exercises with high repetitions.
